Tess De Maeseneer, PhD
Tess De Maeseneer received her PhD in Chemical Engineering from KU Leuven, Belgium, where she developed an injectable biomaterial for breast tissue reconstruction. She later conducted research in the lab of Nasim Annabi at the University of California, Los Angeles, advancing biomaterials and biofabrication strategies for engineering complex tissues. Through TESS, she is translating advances in biomaterials science into regenerative therapies designed to restore damaged tissues.

Kris Cuyvers is a finance and strategy professional with over two decades of experience in banking and corporate finance. After relocating to the United States, he has focused on financial advisory and entrepreneurial ventures, bringing strategic and financial expertise to early-stage companies. As Business Advisor, he supports the company’s strategic development, financial planning, and fundraising efforts.
